Jalvayu Vihar, spreads across more than 200000 square feet of prime property in Sector 30, Gurgaon. This is a popular neighbourhood where several luxury and affordable residential projects are situated.

The contract for real estate development for this residential project was awarded to the Haywasia Group by the Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB) at a contract value of about Rs 20 Cr.
